Scientific Research-Based Interventions (SRBI) emphasize successful instruction for all students through high-quality core general education practices as well as targeted interventions for students experiencing difficulties academically and behaviorally.
At LCS, our enrichment block is designed to address the needs of our students. Data teams meet regularly to discuss student progress and to determine whether the intervention is effective. Progress monitoring reports will be completed and attached if your child is receiving targeted interventions. If your child does not need targeted support at this time they will participate in enrichment. Your child’s level of support (Tier I, II, III or referral to Spec.Ed) may change at any time based on your child’s progress.
